Model Plan for Cooperative Development to Be Designed Under Green Regional Investment Program

The team of the “Provincial and Soum-Level Green Regional Development Investment Program” held a collaborative meeting with representatives from Tana Lab LLC, the “E-Cooperative” Project, and the Secretariat of the National Committee for Intersectoral Coordination of the President-initiated “New Cooperative” movement.

Participants included B.Vanchindorj, Deputy Coordinator of the Green Regional Investment Program; D.Odonchimed, Director of Tana Lab LLC; and L.Bayartulga, Coordinator of the E-Cooperative Project, along with other team members.

During the meeting, B.Vanchindorj presented key investment areas of the project, including support for pasture carrying capacity assessments, micro-projects, improved pastureland utilization, and cooperative development initiatives. D.Odonchimed shared insights from the Japanese intermediate cooperative model, while L.Bayartulga introduced the digital platform to be implemented under the E-Cooperative Project.

As a result of the meeting, all three parties agreed to strengthen collaboration, eliminate duplication of efforts, and develop a joint model plan for intermediate cooperatives to be piloted under the Green Regional Investment Program.
