NOTIFICATON OF CONTRACT AWARD

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Aimags and Soums Green Regional Development Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract for PIO1: Project Implementation, Management Support and Policy Improvement.

The consulting services were procured in accordance with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended) and ADB Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended) using the Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method (90:10). The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) was published on the ADB’s Consultant Management System on 24 December 2024.

The combined evaluation results of all proposals are presented in Table 1, information on the first-raked consultant and the awarded/signed contract is provided in Table 2.
